For bending larger radius bends and even complete circles like a fishing net, I would recommend a roll bending machine rather than a fixed die type machine like this. With this type of bender you could make several small bends and end up with an octagon shape but to do a smooth radius check out the Swag Roll Bender With this type of machine you can make different radius bends based on the position of the center roll.
