Sounds like a non-ferrous saw would be a better fit for your application. The higher blade speed would leave a better finish on your aluminum parts.

I am needing to cut 1"x1" 6063 aluminum angle in 1/2" increments will your machine do the job and is it capable of handling stacked angle for multiple cuts
