How hard are these blades to change? Can you sharpen blades?

Are these blades difficult to change?
I'm 68 years old.
Also do you sharpen blades or do you know of someone?

The blades can be removed without any disassembly of the machine from the bottom side by simply unbolting. They can be flipped to take advantage of the cutting edge on the opposite side before sharpening. We do not offer sharpening services at this time.
