hello, i see your maximum for ms,ss, what is the thinnest material it cuts without bending

we produce alot of pipe insulation jacketing, thicknesses range from .010 to .024 ms and .010 to .024 stainless we have a powered hydrolic shear the thinner sheet metal thickness will fold over and wont cut.

Shears like this can easily handle material down to .010" as long as the blades are sharp and gapped properly. Although these machines come with a middle of the road blade gap (.002") from the factory, you may need to tighten the gap for very thin materials.
