Not really degree of bend (DOB), but this gauge set will tell you the inside or outside radius of a bent tube or sheet metal panel from 6-144 inches. Typically used for roll bending or slip roll applications, there is also a small radius set for rotary draw style bending. See those here. For Degree of Bend you would want to use an Angle Finder or Bend Protractor.
