Would these diameter work for a stock Chevy Small Block?
Icengineworks 1-5/8 inch Basic Header Modeling Set, 124 piece
At the moment I have a 1 1/2" headers installed but I don't want to mess up the exhaust system by changing the diameter. While this is not a dramatic change (1 1/2" to 1 5/8") I wanted to verify this before buying them

Exhaust header diameter is a tuning tool that can change the peak hp and torque curves of an engine. Optimum tube diameter would depend on your engine size, modifications, as well as your desired use (i.e. street driving, drag racing, etc.)
