Can the grinding rest be adjusted to an angle, if so how much? What is the plug type? How long is the cord?

The grinding rest has some adjustability but mostly for gap, it is not really large enough to use as a mitering work rest. Typically a machine like this needs to be wired in by an electrician. The plug that comes on it is a European style plug and would be removed.
