There is not a manual bender made that can provide the force required for 3-inch exhaust or achieve the tight radius bends usually desired. For exhaust there are two options; the ram-style exhaust bender that quickly and economically forms a bend but leaves a lot of deformation in the tube, or the mandrel bender that can form a distortion free bend but comes at a much higher cost.
