Question: Hello how heavy is the Set?
Answer: The shipping weight is 16 lbs.
Question: where can I get 1-3/4 OD 304 tube in 2" radius
Answer: spdexhaust.com or jmdtubes.com both have 1-3/4 mandrel u-bends with a 2" CLR.
Question: im building step headers, 1-7/8 to 2in. do i have to buy both size kits to figure out the transition ?
Answer: You could always just but some 2" Add-on blocks to help you with the 2" portion.
Question: I’m building fender headers. Are there pieces to make straight lengths?
Answer: Yes this kit includes 30 straight blocks. If that is not enough you can always purchase more under the Accessories tab or click here.
Question: 2" SS tube is .065" wall so 2 " tube ID is 1.87" or 1 7/8" so I would need the 1 7/8" system?
Answer: All of our header kits (EH Series) are measured on the OD so the 2" system would be the right choice. Only the NP Series or Pipe sizes are measured differently.
Question: What material are the blocks made of? Do they come apart without breaking?
Answer: They are made of ABS plastic and you shouldn't have any problem with breaking them.
Question: Hi, Is it possible to get a 2" kit with just 3" radius blocks and straight blocks as I will only be using 3" radius
Answer: We cannot change a kit but if you look under the Accessories tab, you can order the 2 inch Add-on Blocks you desire (choose your radius under the Options drop-down) as well as the 2 inch Block Adapters.
Question: Is this kit big enough to do 1/2 of a V8 application?
Answer: Yes that is the intention of the Basic kit, to be able to do one side of a V8.
Question: do you have the 1875ehbasicplus set available?
Answer: The Plus kits are being discontinued in order to simplify the product line. If you order the 1875EHBasic kit and a set of tack-weld clamps you will have all of the same items as the BasicPlus kit.
