Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 thickness refers to NPS pipe sizes not tubing. Be aware of the difference when ordering your die sets. The Brute would work well for up to 2-inch Schedule 80 Pipe. Please contact our sales department for the Delrin Counter Die option on the tooling to help with scratching of aluminum.
