Can I weld stainless steel on this table?

I do a lot of stainless but want a system that will allow for jigs and such. So, can I weld stainless on this table?

We have lots of customers who weld stainless on these with no issues at all. The nitride coating option provides an extra barrier between the steel and the stainless. Unless you have some regulations or certifications that say otherwise, there shouldn't be any problem.
