What is the blade life for cutting 1" stainless steel roll stock ?

Stainless steel will give you shorter blade life versus mild steel even with the stainless blade. We couldn't give you exact numbers but can tell you that cutting 302 and 304 stainless, you can get reasonable results (especially if annealed). Cutting 316, 320, or 321 stainless will result in very short blade life.
