If you have 1-1/4" OD tubing, it will measure 1.25" on the outside diameter and you would use 1-1/4" Tube Rolls. If you have 1-1/4 NPS Pipe then it actually measures 1.660" OD so please refer to the 1-1/4" PIPE Rolls.
What size Bender Rolls do I need for Aluminum Round Tube 1-1/4"? The rolls I ordered are too small for my material. Hulk Bender Rolls, 1-1/4 inch NPS (1.660 OD)
I was order Bender Rolls, 1-1/4 inch OD but it's to small for Tube 1-1/4" OD
