The 90 degree Brake Kit is rated for 11 gauge material so bending up to 4 inches of aluminum should not be a problem.
Bending capacity question Mittler Bros. Standard Bench Press, 3 ton
Using this 3ton press with the 90deg brake attachment. Could it bend aluminum 1"x.125"? Maybe 2"x.125"?
