32.5 inches would be to the top of the frame casting, not including the handle.
How is the No. 2-1/2 press height measured? Dake No. 2-1/2 Broaching Compound Leverage Arbor Press, 6 ton
Is the 32.5" height to the top of the frame, or to the top of the lever? How tall should the workbench or pedestal be to place this unit on? The pedestal listed on your site lists two different heights.
