Second, do you need a perfectly smooth profile or is some deformation of the bend acceptable? For quick easy bending of this material with some deformation for applications such as greenhouses or car ports you could use a machine like the Huth 1605 Hydraulic Bender. If you are looking for smooth bends for applications like race car frames then you would want to look at a Mandrel Tubing Bender like the Baileigh MB-4x2.
