Hello guys, do you see restrictions of using this 1500np basic for NA headers as well?

This would not be recommended. First of all the 1500NP Modeling Blocks are meant to replicate cast elbows which are a much tighter radius than mandrel bends that are used for headers. Second, the 1-1/2" NPS Pipe size actually measures 1.900" OD so would be much closer to 1-7/8" OD.
