Usually when a cylinder won't retract or retracts very slow it is because the quick disconnect fitting is not tightened all the way and the check valve is not opened. With the pressure released from the pump try tightening the QD fitting with a couple pliers to make sure it is fully opening the check valve. If this doesn't work feel free to give us a call.
