Yes this will bend aluminum tubing as long as the die set you choose will support the minimum wall thickness you intend to bend. You can see on our die set chart that each radius has a min wall thickness rating. The thinner the tubing, the larger the radius needs to be in order to keep from wrinkling or kinking. Keep in mind these ratings are for mild steel so you may need to step up one radius for aluminum. Another consideration for aluminum would be to use a Delrin Counter Die in order to keep from scratching the tubing. You can find these under each individual die set Accessories tab.
