i have 1'' 1/4 oil pipe with thickness 0.18'', can the machine bend 90 degrees?

It's hard to say. Oil field pipe can have varying characteristics depending on how it has been used. Standard 1-1/4" Pipe would not be a problem but the tensile strength and work hardening of oil field pipe would give inconsistent results.
