Other than unpacking and removing from the pallet, the front guide arms and rear backstop can be attached, otherwise, it is ready to use and fully assembled.
Is this shear fully assembled and / or what needs to be assembled to look like the picture, I am service connected Tennsmith 36 inch Foot Shear, 16 gauge
