What is the grinders min/max feed rate?
Grit GX75/GXC Centerless Grinder Bundle
I am looking to resurface/finish a 2.47"/63.06mm ID Pipe. I want to try and figure out what my general Cycle Time would be if i used this grinder. I understand i may need multiple passes and changing the grit on the belt effects this as well. I can still calculate a best and worst case if i know the grinders Minimum and Maximum feed speeds.

If you look at the description Fein says the feed rate is 0 to 6.5 ft/min. This is infinitely adjustable and depends on the grit as well as the surface condition of the tube/pipe. You simply slow down the feed to ensure that any mill scale or imperfections are getting sanded out. You shouldn't need to make multiple passes unless changing grits is necessary to achieve your finish. Feel free to give us a call at 641-628-3860 to discuss your application in more depth. Thanks!
