This die has a minimum wall thickness rating of Schedule 40. (see Specifications tab) For Schedule 10 you would need a 5-inch CLR die set to avoid kinking or wrinkling. You can see all available dies here.
this die also works for 1"1/4 pipe schedule 10 Baileigh Bender Die, 1-1/4 inch NPS (1.660 OD) x 3.5 inch CLR, 180 degrees
