This machine would be recommended for up to 16 gauge steel. A planishing hammer can planish or stretch with the proper dies. Shrinking would require a power hammer or shrinker.
What gauge automotive sheet metal (steel) will this shrink and stretch? Or is this tool strictly for planishing? ProLine Hand-Held Tubular Planishing Hammer 180-90
