Centerless grinding is for surface prep not material removal. You will see very little change in diameter of tubes.
What tolerance can you hold centerless grinding? Grit GX75/GXC Centerless Grinder Bundle
I'm wanting to grind stainless steel, typically 2". can it hold .001" tollerance?
