The maximum diameter on this machine is 2-1/2" OD regardless of wall thickness. If you are looking to bend 3" stainless exhaust material you will need a Mandrel Bender like the Transfluid 2076K. Scratching of the tube can be reduced with a few options on a machine like this but not completely eliminated. Depending on the finish required some tube polishing may be needed.
