You are safe to deburr .125" material no problem however we might recommend our air deburring tool as it is designed to be more agile and one-handed operation for intricate parts.
What is the thinnest sheet metal (aluminum) I can deburr with this tool? (I don't need much of a chamfer.) Metal Beveling Router Bit, 45 Degree
I need to deburr 0.125 thick aluminum that has been water jet/laser cut. I don't need much of a chamfer, just enough to get rid of the sharp edges. I don't want the material to "fall off" the bearing before I start to get a cut from the cutting insert. How thin a piece of sheet metal will work with this tool?
