The Slugger TCT Chop Saw cuts metal faster, more economically, and safer than abrasive cut-off saws. Very little heat is put into the material as the heat goes into the chips collected in the chip tray. TCT saw blades do not shatter and throw shrapnel like abrasive blades are prone to. The capacity of the saw does not change as with traditional abrasive blades which get smaller as they wear.
