The vulcanizing process is what bonds the rubber to the wheel so it is not replaceable without purchasing the entire wheel.
What if I only need the vulcanized rubber, is that available ? Drive Wheel for Ellis Bandsaws, 12 inch
The orange wheels themselves hold up great, so I only need to replace to rubber.
