It makes a nice smooth bend either way. Rollers can be used in certain applications like heavy wall thickness applications but on thinner wall materials the brass counter die gives a better result.
Does it make a smooth bend or does it flatten the tubing? I'm used to seeing rollers on the counter bending area, Ercolina 070 Benchtop Programmable Tubing Bender
I've used the Swagelok branded Ercolina unit and it has 2 rollers in place of the counter bending die. Will this provide the same or better performance?
