The easiest way to accomplish this would be to adapt a Greenlee or other brand knockout punch to this press. This tool is designed to work with Mittler hole punches or Punch & Flare tools (the flare insert can be removed to use as a punch only) up to 14 gauge steel but Mittler doesn't make 1-3/8" as a size. Standard punch & die tooling only works up to 1" OD. Feel free to call us to discuss further.
