It will work but will require you to take your time, make more passes, and be careful with the pressure you put down on the bending roll.
Is 1-1/4" diameter .120 wall 304 round tubing too heavy for the delrin to handle? CLR of the bend is ~48'' Hulk Bender Rolls, 1-1/4 inch OD
