To operate vertically with the purge plug, you would need to either have a hole in your table or the Roto-Star spaced up to allow clearance for the fitting and hose.
Can this be used on the Rotostar 1 in the vertical position? It appears that it would hit the frame. Purge Plug for Roto-Star 1
