The main difference is in the lower V-Die. Both Swag press brake models fit into standard 20-ton presses and allow bending up to 19.25 inches in length. The 4-inch lower v-die in the heavy-duty version significantly lowers the tonnage required to bend heavier materials and therefore can bend up to 3 inches of 5/8" steel. If you are bending thinner materials like 1/4" or thinner, you will most likely want the tighter bend radius of the standard unit.
