What hole and chamfer dimensions are required for a secure fit in custom base plates?

We are designing custom welding jigs and fixtures and want a common, quick and reliable fixing for these parts but want to understand what the hole dimensions should be for a secure engagement with the locked out balls.

These ball lock bolts measure .627" OD and are designed to go into a 16mm hole (.630"). There is a small radius under the flange, so a little chamfer would be beneficial (maybe .040-.050" deep). Feel free to give us a call at 641-628-3860 to discuss your application in more depth. Thanks!
