The die opening on the Hougen 76004PR Punch-Pro allows for punching up to 3/8" thick steel. It will punch up to 25/32 holes through 3/8 inch mild steel. We have portable punching solutions for 1/2" thickness but not 5/8" at this time. You may need to consider a mag drill for thicker material.
